LOWCOUNTRYCONSTRUCTION MEDIA

About Lowcountry Construction Media

The people doing the work deserve the spotlight.

There are crews across the Lowcountry doing exceptional work every day — building custom homes, transforming backyards, maintaining properties, installing landscapes, remodeling homes, building hardscapes, managing pools, and mastering trades that most people never get to see up close.

Too often, people see the finished product without seeing the people, craftsmanship, and decisions behind it. That's where LCM comes in.

Our Approach

The Client Is The Hero

LCM is not here to make itself the star. We put the spotlight on the contractor, the crew, the craftsmanship, the transformation, the details, and the story behind the project.

The contractor is the hero.
The crew is the story.
The craftsmanship is the proof.

LCM's job is to capture that story and put it in front of the people who need to see it.

Why LCM Exists

I Know What Goes Into The Work

I didn't choose construction because it looked like a profitable marketing niche. I've spent years working construction and home-service jobs myself — on job sites, on trucks, on the phone with customers — and I understand the work from the inside, not from a pitch deck.

That combination — real time in the field, and real expertise behind a camera — is what became Lowcountry Construction Media.

2016–2021

Custom Home Construction

Worked custom home construction for Renaissance South Construction in Mount Pleasant, SC — carpentry, project-management experience, and firsthand exposure to job sites, crews, and how real projects actually come together.

College

Construction + Business

Continued working for Renaissance South Construction while earning a Business Administration degree with an entrepreneurship concentration from the College of Charleston — and started at a Charleston watersports company during this same stretch.

Watersports

Customer Experience + Media

Spent several years in the Charleston watersports industry — customer-facing work paired with video and media work, sharpening both people skills and a camera eye.

Post-College

Social Media + Video Work in Colorado

Ran social media management for RE/MAX Denver through Lowcountry High-Services, filmed a sales training course, and took on other camera work around Colorado — real client work outside Charleston before LCHS found its focus.

2025

Home-Service Jobs + Building The Business

Spent about a year in the pool maintenance industry and a stint selling cars at CarMax — both while continuing to build Lowcountry High-Services. CarMax made it clear I never wanted to be in the business of overpriced sales pitches — part of why LCM's pricing stays below industry standard for the quality you get.

Today

Lowcountry Construction Media

Narrowed the focus specifically to construction and home-service businesses and rebranded as Lowcountry Construction Media — years of real construction and home-service work, plus still lending a hand on family construction jobs now and then (family rates and all), combined with real expertise in photography, video, drone, and digital marketing.

Where This Is Headed

Show The Work. Educate The Industry. Raise The Standard.

LCM should eventually be more than a company that produces marketing content — it should be a media platform that helps people understand the trades: how projects get built, the craftsmanship behind them, the materials and techniques, the people doing the work, and what separates quality work from shortcuts.

When people understand the work, they appreciate the work.

And when great craftsmanship gets recognized, it raises the standard for the entire industry.

Let's Work Together

You built it. Let's make sure people see it.

Book a shoot and let's put the spotlight where it belongs — on the work.

You'll create a free account with your own client dashboard, tell us about the job, and we'll confirm a date and send over a service agreement — nothing starts and nothing is charged until that's signed.
