Anybody doing quality work is welcome on the schedule. We're openly picky about the longer partnerships, because we put our name on everything we shoot.
The crews we keep are the ones that respect their subs, hold a standard when nobody's filming, and are happy to explain the trade on camera rather than only sell it.
If that's you, this is a short conversation. If it isn't, we'll say so — cheaper for both of us than finding out on a shoot day.
